CBO Estimates 6 Millions to Pay Obamacare Tax

A new Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimate claims that under Obamacare, six million Americans will choose to pay the tax penalty rather than obtain health coverage. This means, in an already tough economy, millions of Americans will be taxed simply because they failed to obtain coverage they either could not afford or did not agree with.

As I stated on June 28th, the supreme court abdicated their responsibility and re-wrote Obamacare in an attempt to save it. They interpreted the individual mandate as a tax, so that they could justify its constitutionality to the American people.

Five federal judges have had their say. Now it’s the American people’s turn.

The battle to repeal Obamacare is going to take place in the Senate, and I intend to be the strongest voice fighting for its repeal.
