Big Government: Tea Partiers Ted Cruz, Scott Walker Added to GOP Convention Lineup

On FOX News’ “On The Record,” Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus announced five nw speakers to the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida.

Headlining the additions are two Tea Party stalwarts — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker and Texas Republican Senate nominee Ted Cruz.

Walker withstood intimidation by unions and recounts to enact fiscal reforms that put his state’s government back on the road to solvency.

Cruz’s victory over Texas Lieutenant Gov. David Dewhurst represented one of the greatest Tea Party victories to date.
