Sneak peek: New ad!
October 23, 2012By Ted Cruz
As a thank you for your continued support, I wanted you to be one of the first to see our latest TV ad, “American Dream.” In it, we lay out the stakes of this election — voters will decide the fate of our great nation.
This week, we have a goal of raising $100,000 to help air this new ad statewide so voters across Texas hear our message as they head to the polls. Will you help us reach our goal by contributing $500, $250, $100, $50 or whatever you can right now?
The American Dream is being threatened like never before by politicians who continue to spend money we don’t have — burying our children and grandchildren in debt they can never repay.
We simply must stop the fiscal train wreck and save the American Dream. Will you join us by making a contribution right now?
Also, Early Voting is under way across the state… if you haven’t voted yet, please find your polling place, bring 10 friends, and support our campaign. Then share our TV ad with your Facebook friends. Thank you!

Leading Pro-Life Groups Endorse Ted Cruz
October 17, 2012By Jon McClellan
Today, Ted received the endorsements of two leading pro-life groups, the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC) and the Texas Alliance for Life (TAL).
This endorsement follows yesterday’s announcement of Ted’s endorsement by two leading national Second Amendment groups, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) and Gun Owners of America (GOA).
“Ted Cruz has been a relentless fighter for the unborn and our God given right to life,” said Darla St. Martin, Co-Executive Director of the National Right to Life Committee. “The NRLC is proud to endorse Ted, and will stand firmly beside him in his efforts to protect life in the U.S. Senate. We encourage Texas voters to support him on Election Day.”
“Ted Cruz has a proven record of fighting for the right to life in Texas,” said Dr. Joe Pojman, Executive Director of Texas Alliance for Life. “He has authored briefs advocating for parental notification and defending the federal partial-birth abortion ban, as well as litigating in federal court to prevent state dollars from going to those who would fund abortions.”
Ted looks forward to working with the NRLC and TAL to protect the lives of the unborn across both the state and nation.
Will you help spread the news about this latest endorsement on Facebook and Twitter?

Tonight…
October 17, 2012By John Drogin
We’ve come so far. Twenty-one months ago when we launched this campaign, Ted was at 2% in the polls — and, as he likes to joke, the margin of error was 3%. They told Ted he couldn’t do it, and they were right — alone he couldn’t, but together WE all could.
With your help we’ve built a grassroots army, made thousands of phone calls, and knocked on thousands of doors, but we can’t slow down now — the stakes are too high.
There are just 20 days until Election Day, and tonight’s FEC deadline is the last before Texans head to the polls. This is the final push.
Will you please help us get our message out and finish the job by donating right now?
The stakes are high in this election — we simply cannot afford to spend more money we don’t have. We are fighting so that our children and grandchildren will have the same opportunity in America as our parents and grandparents enjoyed.
Thank you again. Together, we can defeat the Obama Agenda, restore the Constitution, and get this country back on the right track… In the Senate, Ted will fight to do just that. Will you donate $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can before midnight to help us finish strong? Thanks!

Leading National Second Amendment Groups Choose Cruz
October 16, 2012By Jon McClellan
Following Ted’s endorsement by business leaders across Texas, two of the nation’s leading Second Amendment groups, the National Rifle Association’s Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) and Gun Owners of America (GOA), announced that they Choose Cruz to defend our Second Amendment Rights.
NRA-PVF’s Chris Cox said, “Ted Cruz has fought to protect the Second Amendment in the face of ongoing efforts to undermine our rights…and now we encourage all NRA members, gun owners, and sportsmen in Texas to vote Ted Cruz for U.S. Senate on November 6.” “Ted Cruz will be rock solid when it comes to the right to keep and bear arms,” added GOA’s Vice Chairman, Tim Macy.
Please join the NRA and GOA in supporting Ted Cruz by sharing the news with your friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter!

ACTION NEEDED: Only 22 Days to Fight!
October 15, 2012By Rachel Kania
There are only 22 days left until the November 6th election — that means it’s time to stand up and help push Ted over the top. The easiest way to do that is to phone from home. Have you signed up yet?
As you likely know, phone calls can be the most critical step in reaching voters, especially in a state as big as Texas. Thousands of volunteers joined our program during the runoff, and it certainly paid off. Now, we must finish the job and elect a proven conservative to the United States Senate.
Can you help Ted Cruz and fellow conservatives today by signing up to phone from home? Please join our fight for limited government and the Constitution!
If you have any questions, feel free to email me at rachelk@tedcruz.org or call (512) 637-8777.
Also, please help show your support by ordering your general election yard sign and getting involved by signing up to phone from home today!
